Over the weekend, we held our first professional developmental workshop between our occupational therapist and allied health assistants.

Our occupational therapist (with the help of their therapy mentor), and our operations manager completed an overview of the allied health assistant competencies, highlighting the most important skills required when providing individual support to our NDIS participants.

This was a great opportunity for our allied health team to begin building rapport, identify and establish professional responsibilities, and up hold our promise of delivering evidence based, high quality, and tailored therapy care through ongoing professional development of our staff.
