Operations Manager
Positive Behaviour Practitioner
Practitioner Number : P1803034
As the Operations Manager at Entrust, I believe that quality NDIS support starts with the right people—those who possess a strong sense of empathy, integrity and a desire to improve the lives of the people they work with. These are the individuals who are overjoyed when a participant achieves their goals, who are committed to always offering their best and take pride in the quality of the work they produce. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide array of skills and experiences, but they all share a steadfast commitment to excellence, integrity, and empathy.
I have spent the past 6 years of my career in the NDIS sector, working in compliance, consultancy, and management roles. Additionally, I bring over a decade of experience in teaching and project management. Backed by tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management, and Education, I am always looking at better ways to establish business processes that support the delivery of high-quality NDIS supports and regulatory compliance.
As a former teacher, I am also committed to establishing a learning organization that invests not only in the professional development of individual staff members but also establishes knowledge management systems to harness and consolidate our collective experiences.
People with disabilities deserve competent, safe, ethical supports from professionals who respect them and love the work they do. I am proud to be working with such a group of people.
